Summer 2016 Plans

A few bloggers did a post like this, and I liked both reading it and also felt it’d be swell to give some of my intentions for this summer. Even if I don’t do all of it, at least I know I’ll achieve more than otherwise~

 

Games in English
Fan-translated games: I’m currently playing StormLover Kai, and hoping to finish it and write about it. I also want to play Tokimemo Girls Side, Prince of Tennis and Nanashi.

On the official side of things, I’d like to finish Corpse Party Book of Shadows, Golden Sun, Ys Seven, Suikoden and Final Fantasy X-2 HD. All of them I’ve already started, so it’s really just a matter of putting down time and finishing them.

Games in Japanese
On the Japanese side I’m gunning for Starry Sky in Summer and Arcana Famiglia, which received the most votes on my previous poll, but I’m not sure if I can finish them both during summer.

Scheduled
I started a new segment of Let’s Talk About and Let’s Rant, centered around things like shows, anime and manga. Aka, non language and non-gaming.

Visions of Escaflowne, Shin Sekai Yori and Maaya Sakamoto posts have been scheduled, and in June they’ll be live, look forward to them! ~(＾◇^)/

I’ve also altered the Whistle!, Emma Approved, etc, titles to banner them into the segment~

I’ve also written about Ghost Trick, which was really hard for me because I love it so much I don’t know how to explain it (^_^;)

To do
I’d also like to write some BL and manga posts, which I haven’t written much about. Two I’m thinking about are Hybrid Child and After School Nightmare both series which I’m a big fan.

For now, I think this is good enough in terms of me trying to either do or finish. One of my weaknesses is definitely finishing/completing games, so I need to play more and do it.
On the blogging side of things, I need to write more, true, but I’m also toying with the idea of putting blog posts either once per two weeks or once a month. I’m not very prolific, faults of not finishing things and having a hard time writing, so I need to either write more or simply post less in a short time of period (⌒_⌒;)

Edit: I’ve decided to go monthly with reviews, so I don’t feel as much pressure in terms of delivery. If I get inspired to write some other things, I’ll post as I write, but otherwise it’s like this. Each 13 of each month, a post will be up 😀
